THE FRUITY SMOOTHIE:
I have been meaning to get over here:::
This sounds really good...I have to admit My hubby makes the Smoothies and for the most part they are good.

that sounds really yummy..
mine is a raw cabbage salad. Cabbage is excellent for you and keeps the colon very healthy. Get purple and green cabbage and slice and dice to your hearts content..then add a carrot and shred it until you feel shredded..(just kidding) then add some lovely apple cider vinegar and salt and mustard powder if you want to and mix all together very well. (did you know that you can put some diluted apple cider vinegar on the back of you cats or dogs neck and it helps repel fleas and is an excellent tonic for them?) I love this recipe and try to have some everyday..I am new to becoming raw and I am still in transition..

We tend to use Flaxseed more than the husks but then we generally also add it to or salads as well.

I like blueberries blended with LSA, and phylum husks, then add cold Malt Free Soy milk. Great for breakfast. The LSA and phylum husks are great for you insides. Shalom Del.

Is phylum like celery? I adore blueberries too.

I like taking a sharp knife, peeling tomatoes, blending tomatoes just till the seeds are broken. Add peeled seeded kirbies to the blender, then half an organic lemon (remove seeds) sweet fresh bell pepper, then a little fresh celery stalk and raw aromatic basil leaf, dulse flakes, curly lettuce leaf. Eat with a spoon like a thick soup, only it tastes like salad.
